JAMMU - Two militants of Pakistan-based terror group Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) were killed in a gunfight Saturday with a joint army and police team in Jammu and Kashmir's Rajouri area, police said.
SRINAGAR - Curfew was relaxed in Jammu and Kashmir summer capital Srinagar and other parts of the Valley Sunday following improvement in the overall law and order situation, an officer said.
NEW DELHI - Ruling out dilution or revocation of the controversial Armed Forces Special Powers Act (AFSPA) in Jammu and Kashmir, Minister of State for Defence M.M. Pallam Raju Tuesday said the army was being unncessarily demonised.
